What is a Dietitian?

Dietitians are your trusted experts in diet, food and nutrition, and work with you to help you feel your best! They translate scientific research about food and nutrition into practical solutions for individuals, families and communities. As regulated healthcare professionals, they provide safe, reliable and evidence-based care.

Dietitians provide nutrition support for food allergies and intolerances, sports and fitness, healthy weight management, diabetes, digestive disorders and many other diet related health issues.
